จากอาคารเก่าๆใน Surry Hills ที่มองจากด้านนอกแล้วไม่มีความน่าตื่นเต้นแต่อย่างใด อาคารนี้ก่อตั้งในปี 1940 และเคยถูกใช้เป็น Paramount Pictures Studios ซึ่งยังมีโรงเก็บฟิล์มเก่าๆอยู่ข้างอาคารอีกด้วย เและได้มีการเริ่มปรับปรุงอาคารเมื่อสี่ปีที่แล้วจนในปีนี้ได้รับรางวัลโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดจาก Hotel of the Year in the 2018 Gourmet Traveller Australian Hotel Awards
โรงแรมแห่งนี้มีทั้งหมด 29 ห้อง บนถนน Commonwealth ใกล้กับย่านธุรกิจในซิดนีย์ นอกจากนั้นยังมีการแบ่งส่วนพื้นที่เป็นคาเฟ่ Paramount Coffee Project และ Golden Age Cinema and Bar
ภายในโรงแรมนั้นมีการตกแต่งด้วยวัสดุอย่างดี ผ้าปูลินิน เต็มไปด้วยต้นไม้ในกระถางน่ารักๆ และยังมีมินิบาร์ที่เต็มไปด้วยขอวคบเคี้ยวรสขาติเยี่ยมยอด ที่สรรหามาจากร้านท้องถิ่น
